•This course does NOT teach you how to dive, you must have previous experience, be an advanced diver or have enough confidence and mastery of your equipment in the water before taking it.
•This course does NOT guarantee your safety, diving and swimming with sharks is a high-risk activity.
Before this course I was nervous about being in the water with sharks. I only had myths about them, like taping them on the nose to drive them into a trans state or thinking once in the water they will attack swimmers instinctively. After the course I discovered that although they are predatory animals, we can still observe them in the water in a safe way using “Shark Womans” check list. The course not only taught me to appreciate sharks but to help in conservation. I found that local fisheries and sea side communities are essential in promoting local government for aid and awareness.
